Yeah, heavy bleeding is the worst. I'm someone who's always had a heavy flow and had more than once accidentally overflowedb large pad or super plus tampon in just an hour or so. My cramps are usually at the beginning of my period when I'm just spotting. Other than that it's not usually a problem. I have been in the last year or so getting lightheaded and dizzy right before my period. I almost passed out at work a couple of months ago because of it.   reply
