To me and to many people who are mature and experienced enough this was not consensual. It doesn't really matter whether it was the author's intention or not. It's ok to enjoy mangas even with rape but you need to be able to differentiate things such as rape, BDSM etc.
It doesn't mean it's ok just because it's fiction. We can enjoy a story and still be logical and critical about like with BJ Alex or Painter of the night etc.
