in the first panel the translator said that aizen is the wrong name and a-gen is the name of the company but they're just still using the name aizen for some reason. So like just pretend aizen is the second name of the company ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
It's A-gen but the translator might've used Aizen because of the way it's spelled originally in Hangul which is 에이젠 (e-i-jen). (⌒▽⌒)
