The first time she was under a false impression that she was hated, and was killed of by the church in a move to get more power before she could realize how much she meant to people.
So the second life is there so that she can get the happiness that was robbed form her the first time.
SHE thought she didn't do a good enough job, the remnants of her difficult and isolating life carry through into her fresh start, and she can overcome them.
how about we let the mc get her own happiness as she wanted when she was about to leave the mansion? She said ' I can't do this again ' but the author be like nah I don't care ??
The way the author portrayed the aftermath of Ohora's actions did surely leave an impact to most of the readers. (´ε｀ ) Second life wouldn't have happened if she were to experience that 'happiness'. Although I get you, don't worry she'll get this 'happiness' in her second life (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+
