Yeah. I hope the plot hole gets resolve in the future chapters in the manhwa. So far, the manhwa stays true to the novel. Just a lot of details were left out in the manhwa.
What's also weird is that, kang can come and go as he please during his intership in the hospital. I have a sibbling who's a doctor and during his intership years, he barely got enough sleep and spent most of his holidays in the hospital.
