it’s not about being “offended” it’s about basic respect. using the prophet’s name like that is islamophobic whether it was intentional or not. i’m allowed to speak up when something disrespects my religion or any type of unwarranted disrespect, especially when it involves someone as sacred as the prophet. letting that slide isn’t chill and you need to actually grow up the way you’re so adamant on being a dick

just an fyi “no can do” is a phrase that was made to mock chinese ppl in the west, but i don’t see you people up in arms whenever other manhwas use it. phrases and sayings can have bad origins, but over time ppl will forget those origins and use it as you would a normal saying, without any offense intended. something to keep in mind

Why are you people so hurt? First off all the saying got nothing to do with Islam Second of all why are you "religious" people reading yaoi in the first place? That haram no? Fucking chill for the sake of whatever god you believe.
Reflect on yourself first

it’s crazy how you needed someone else to jump in and defend your point like you couldn’t say anything for yourself. if you can’t comprehend basic respect for other people’s beliefs, especially something as serious as the prophet, then there’s really no point in talking. i’m done explaining simple concepts to someone this small brained lol gg
hope you have a good evening

Oh my, can y'all please stop with the religion talk here? Nobody wants to read about politics or religion – if you don't normally read this manga then what are you doing getting all fired up for something you don't ever read?
Everyone should just leave their religious thoughts and beliefs for themselves, yes I don't quite like the author using such a phrase if it's really islamphobic but there's nothing we can do about, this is an illegal website. So just stop talking about this – not only you, everyone.

Normally I’d just scroll past this comment because I’m peaceful, but seeing this argument just drag on annoys me. Sure the quote might’ve felt hurtful to you, but it’s unfair to assume the creator meant to mock and disrespect your religion without knowing their intent. Plus, if the manhwa offends you that much, then you can just avoid it and move on. No one’s forcing you to read it. But expecting everyone to share your beliefs or draw the same lines isn’t really realistic. Calling people “idiots” for not agreeing with you and throwing insults doesn’t help anyone. It’s just pointless.
i know reading bl isn’t exactly halal, and i’m not gonna pretend it’s not a flaw. but using a quote that casually mentions the prophet Muhammed in a mocking way is a whole different level and that’s not just personal struggle, that’s crossing a line with something sacred. i get that fiction isn’t always perfect, but there’s a difference between reading something with flaws and is haram by nature, and seeing something that disrespects your faith straight up. one’s a weakness, the other feels like an insult
i don’t read this manhwa i just saw it on my feed but I wanted to air out my feelings
