    Actually, he is a black footed cat, which has the highest kill rate of all cats. 60% of anything he would go to catch, will end by his claws.

    I had actually seen a documentary about them and I think it said they have the highest killing rate compared to lions or tigers. Of course smaller prey but that's still impressive

    Yup. A smaller body means a much smaller amount of nutrition needed to keep that body healthy. It's a matter of energy efficiency. Lions actually sleep, I think it was, 16 hours a day, to avoid loosing energy. They also hunt in packs, and usually get a single kill per hunt.

    That really makes sense but a single kill per hunt? That's something new to me. I would think they at least hunted ten or something

    Yeah, have you seen how fast many on the animals on the savanna are? Also, it's if they are lucky, they get a single large kill per hunt. If they aren't, well... they don't eat.
