Tarju is male, the other tiger is female. Also, they have five kids, their eldest, the twins (girl and boy), and two others (one is male and the other female, but they aren't twins).

5? Where did you saw it? I only count 3 kids and 3 tiger cubs. And translations referred to the Black Tiger as male. Confused

Well there are chapters translated in French on bato and it's shown there, also I think Tharju is a female because that's what is shown as soon it's not been confirmed yet as the translation is in French

In the official translations (you can find them on here) and on the unofficial translations (chapter 2) we are told that Tarju is male. It's assumed then that they were saying "Is the tiger male?" In confusion because they can't actually tell (didn't have time to check earlier lol), they might of thought the other tiger smelled Tarju and wanted to fight or smt. Turns out though, the other tiger just wanted to get close to Tarju.

As for the five kids, that's revealed in the extra chapters. You don't really get to see them well, all you get is a family tree. And no, I don't have the raws right now. You might find them on Facebook though.
