I'll have to disagree. Both Byul and Dojin crossed Hyesungs boundaries. Hyesung doesn't want his mother involved and she should've accepted that and especially Dojin should've. Byul is a child so crossing boundaries are natural for him, but just bc it might not seem much bc Hyesungs mother abandoned him doesn't make it any less. What if she abused him? What if she neglected him? Beat him then ppl would be so much more understanding but that's not fair to Hyesung. He was abandoned as a child by his mother and she suddenly want to become part of his life as an adult. He chose not to forgive her and set boundaries for her and Dojin and later Byul, and all 3 went behind his back. That's an egregious amount of disrespect to Hyesung and how he feels and is making light of what he went through.

I just feel like adults shouldn’t put their hatred that they have for another person onto their child so that the child can hate that person…. Thats wrong.

If the child still decides to want to get to know his grandmother
Than so be it
You don’t have to have a relationship with your mom, but if your son wants to have a relationship with your mom
Than you as the adult is gonna have to just adjust

The relationship is different for every person just because you experience one thing with a person
doesn’t mean the next person’s gonna experience what you went through now again I’m not saying what the mom went through should be taken lightly

No, I get what you're saying. Yk, if Byul wants to get to know his grandmother despite these things that happend to his mother, then there's really nothing Hyesung can do about that. However, it would still be like a slap in the face towards his mom and it wouldn't be weird if Hyesungs and Byuls relationship suffered or was strained bc of it.
