Oh no, the bruises, bitemarks and hickeys all over his body was all Leshak. The thing "that will leave a permanent scar" is the wound on his neck. The place where the merchant left a hickey (fuckass seriously) and Leshak got jealous and possessive, so he bit over it hard (stupid) and that's what's gonna leave the permanent scar.
Okay but why is he blaming the other dude for the bite marks wasn't he the one who did that?
