Sorry but you're incorrect. My English teacher said that the basic ordinal numbers goes like this:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4-9th.
So everything that ends with this basic will have the same end. (except for 11th, 12th, 13th)
So 31st, 32nd, 33rd, 34-39th.

The poster was I believe sarcastically pointing out the translation mistake, and realized it should be 31st, hence the lol.
