EDIT: Guess I didn't make myself clear enough but I meant that it's supposed to be "31st" but the scanlators put "31th"; just pointing that out guys

    Sorry but you're incorrect. My English teacher said that the basic ordinal numbers goes like this:
    1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4-9th.
    So everything that ends with this basic will have the same end. (except for 11th, 12th, 13th)

    So 31st, 32nd, 33rd, 34-39th.

    I didn't think it was unclear. I am thinking it might just be an issue with English as a first language vs not, though I am not certain on that.
