If this was on Lezhin for example, each of those small chapters would cost approx 3 coins which soon adds up considering we are onto chapter 32 and there hasn't been much in terms of progression. It's free though, but other comics do set a standard and even manga episodes that are published in magazines tend to be far longer and offer more substance.

1. I didn't take clouds comments personally even if both my and their wording became a little terse. I find him/her to be very articulate, and though I disagree on a few things (here and there, not a lot; I remember his/her username) and will sometimes offer a counterpoint, I appreciate the time they take to write what they write.

hmmm interesting point about Chinese author being affected by censorship regulations... I wonder if allowing sex scenes would have influenced the trajectory that djun already has planned for his series.
I am neutral-positive regarding this plot. I guess I've read pretty dismal mangas lately and this one seemed fine to me in comparison. chapters could be longer, sure, but it could be a "wow coloring these pages take me an eternity" kind of situation for djun and any assistants he may have. I guess we'll see what happens! Though I'm sure (or at least I hope) it won't get as frustrating as 19 Days (chappie lengths and ambiguous relationships dragged out for months).

I took issue with how your "debunked" clouds because those kinds of comments are always something that annoys me because they're not arguments and shouldn't be treated as such. That's it.

Yes, I think everyone is actually on the same page, just the discussion got a bit heated ha. Personally I would prefer if the chapters were a bit more detailed and longer, but that's after the tedium of reading through things like 19 days, I can't really be enthused about investing time in a long series where there is zero development. I'm also not a fan of people in their twenties still thinking teenage-esque drama's are the be all and end all, such as the misunderstanding as they tend to get dragged on which stalls any progress. But I understand such stalling may be to meet editoral requirements. Some people love these sort of drama plots though. Ditto the lack of any realistic adult content is too likely related to the recent controversial censorship in china. The art in this series is great though, and who ever is doing the english translation is super quick.
