The chinese title actually means
"The Incapable Ruler's (Daily) Records/Diary"
The english title confused me sooooo much when I went hunting for the chinese title..

I honestly have no idea.
I would like to know to.

Because no part of that chinese title has the word gay in it.
Unless.... 昏君--> which means incapable ruler is some weird slang for gay people????? I honestly don't think so...
And the other half of the title means daily records... and they didnt put that in the english title too..
But honestly... webcomic's translation of titles have always been a bit... off... from the original. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
