Ah no, I do prefer taller seme but I've read many different yaoi stories and I got used to those kind like I don't mind if the seme is shorter or it's a switch. I mean i've read the side story of from points of three and I don't mind it or more I like their ship, like how they can change positions lol. I love the story of this manga, it's hilarious and cute so I'm still reading. It's just I'm curious who enter who first(if it's a switch. So the seme is really sasahara-kun?
I actually didn’t mean you in particular rather everyone in general. Different people have different preferences and others shouldn’t get so offended by it + we’re on an illegal website reading pirated content so no one is standing on a moral high ground hence no one has the capability to act like they do.
Following the same logic, Cestelle can express the opinion that there is no reason to force-fit the positions from a hetero relationship into a yaoi manga. Everyone's just expressing their opinion and encouraging exchange of opinion.

I then explained that yaoi is porn and since people have diverse preferences it does matter. (And there’s nothing force fitting about seme/uke these are positions from the gays for the gays. In heterosexual relationships there is no question of who’s going to stick it in.)

Many gay people in this forum have mentioned that actual gay couples don't typically stick to just one position and go both ways often during the same session. Sticking to a single position was a concept created by fujoshis in yaoi written for other fujoshis to reflect the "protective & protected" kind of romance (shoujo) that they are used to. I accept your logic that some people just read yaoi for porn and might have reservations about seeing a couple that is less than their ideal. At the same time, there would be others who would want both men to behave like men and the relationship to not be defined by the sex positions of the 2 people. So it is valid to ask "why should their positions during sex matter?" or "why can't both of them be equals who take both positions and go with whatever the mood is at that moment?" People are different and we broaden our views when we hear from others with a different perspective even if it is simply about our taste in porn.
I have a couple of gay friends who told me (not that I care what anyone does in their bedroom) what position they prefer and some are strickt bottoms some strickt tops and some don’t care. All of those are completely fine but yaoi is in fact porn (with a storyline). If you wouldn’t care about that you could just read shounen ai. The original commenter just asked who’s the top/bottom which is a valid question. The second commenter “answered” with a half assed “what does it matter”. Yaoi/porn is there to entertain others. This was not a question directed towards a real couple.
As someone who has known a lot of gay men over a really, really long time (I'm old,) most gay men absolutely prefer either or, not both. That doesn't mean there aren't men that do both (typically called "vers," not "switch.") But most absolutely have a preference. This whole "putting heterosexual tropes on gay relationships" nonsense is just teenage social justice bullshit and doesn't represent how actual gays who have been gay for decades live their lives. Wanna learn about being gay? Talk to one that's been around for a bit.
There's a joke about Grindr that jokes about adding "vers" to your profile to spice it up since no one is ever vers. Maybe that will change but honestly, if you are refusing to have a preferred position based on social justice, you are absolutely doing sex wrong.
