hmmm I can compare them, and they are all of the same genre, including Gintama, Death Note, and Attack on Titan to name a few along with Daiya no Ace that might be considered as competition for the all-time best. I love Kuroshitsuji madly, but I couldn't call it the best because that would be an affront to the other greats.

literature has four main genres: poetry, drama, fiction, and non-fiction. That being the case, do you actually think that every little subdivision of manga is a genre by itself? Maybe there should be a genre for Kuroshitsuji alone, and one for any full color manhwa distinguished by its scroll down format and lack of bounding panels. It could be said that the genres are manga, manhwa, manwa. It's entirely subjective how you view the subdivisions. The fact is, genre itself is a misused artist's term. It entered the vernacular far too recently for you to call me wrong and yourself right.

Literally yes. Why are you undermining manga/manhwa though ?? Simply because it's Japanese? Manga has always been around dude. That's like saying other forms of fiction or information don't have genres because they're not as eminent as books are in the west. The ignorance is fucking crazy man. Holyyyyyy shit.

Look, you don't have to take my word for anything. If you want shounen to be a genre, far be it from me to deny you the pleasure, but why don't you do a little research into it yourself to satisfy yourself that you're right, wrong, or somewhere in between? I'm certainly not saying that one form of expression by an artist is superior to another (except photographers who are all clowns. lol)
Okay but this is legit the best manga eveerr so much feelings bruh
