You can't really compare them in that aspect two completely different genres
hmmm I can compare them, and they are all of the same genre, including Gintama, Death Note, and Attack on Titan to name a few along with Daiya no Ace that might be considered as competition for the all-time best. I love Kuroshitsuji madly, but I couldn't call it the best because that would be an affront to the other greats.

Maybe there should be a genre for Kuroshitsuji alone, and one for any full color manhwa distinguished by its scroll down format and lack of bounding panels. It could be said that the genres are manga, manhwa, manwa. It's entirely subjective how you view the subdivisions. The fact is, genre itself is a misused artist's term. It entered the vernacular far too recently for you to call me wrong and yourself right.
