As a reader yes, it's interesting to read something different from the norm, that's generally what makes something exciting to read, hence why readers like me celebrate seke couples as it emulates reality. Yes, it is anyone's prerogative to choose what sex position they are comfortable with but really if it's something your committed partner wants to try, in any relationship, turn about should be fair play.

For me, the seme in the first story is one of those cliche as*h*le types who always expect the uke to bottom and is never open to switching even when the uke wants to. You find this type of seme in a lot of older yaoi but this just pisses me off more because it's newer and I expected more.
