Grooming is when someone builds a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them.

well, to you, it isn’t but to them, it is. in the end, it all boils down to how ppl process the topic and interpret this manhwa. i have a feeling it has to do more with them meeting each other when she was an adult and he was a child in a situation wherein she had to raise him, be his guardian, and watch him grow from a kid to an adult only for them to end up together in the end, that’s making ppl feel uneasy abt the manhwa.
sure, the exact term may not be grooming but NO ONE likes seeing a child developing romantic feelings for an adult... and it’s already pretty much confirmed he’s gonna be the ml (which means the fl will also fall in love with him) just from the cover alone so it’s normal for ppl to react negatively to it.
it’s actually good that ppl are raising this topic and questioning the morality of this manhwa, rather than have ppl brush it off and ignore it. i’d be more weirded out at the ppl who are accepting of this topic at first glance and don’t see anything wrong with the way the story is going.

y’all need to stop telling others to stop complaining abt the manhwa. esp bc this manhwa is not normal by any means. it’s controversial. let people complain, discuss, and voice out their opinions. you don’t need to defend the manhwa like it’s a life or death situation or try to justify it by any means from your own moral standards.
i’ve seen similar comments in the manhwa “beware of the brothers” wherein so many readers were getting mad at the people who were commenting that it’s disgusting bc the ml is the stepbrother. and quite frankly, it’s just annoying seeing so many ppl trying to silence others who have a problem with the manhwa. it’s not anyone’s fault that this manhwa has subtle themes of grooming and/or incest and that their immediate reactions is to find it weird and sus. it’s not like that’s a normalized thing.
stop telling them to stop reading or to stop complaining here. where else can they complain and speak abt it except in this topic section? geez, just let ppl do what they want. those comments are not harming anyone.
