The pacing is all over the place, some actions make no sense and world building is also kinda poor. Elena egged her brother on against her sister and didn't see it to the end ? Especially when it was a rehearsal for the opera and she is the main singer, and she basically hates her sister / mc so watching mc being hounded would have made more sense. Another thing is that usually opera has multiple singers who play different characters but we didn't see that either.
The villains are such idiots to kill off their golden egg laying goose.

The antagonists are the crown prince and crown princess.
Readers shouldn’t take this story as ordinary romance fantasy. This story is written more like classical literature. The author doesn’t do cartoon villains. All characters are written like human beings. Therefore, just like in real life, it doesn’t mean people who are simply mean-spirited at times is going to be punished for simply being mean. Only evil doers will get their just desserts. Meaning, only people who commit crimes that are worthy of death will be punished like killing other people and brutalizing other people.

The climax resolved so fast that it was anticlimactic and the ending of the villains felt boring even though I did like the plot points. This is why pacing is important in writing.
