Not y'all slut shaming sex workers. First of all, the uke isn't "sleeping around" for fun. Prostitution is a job just like any other means to put food on the table. Fuck y'all judgemental moral compasses. Not everyone has the privilege to work a "socially acceptable" job.
Second of all, this is an omegaverse story. In most omegaverses, omegas are already condemned to be in the bottom of society; their ONLY worth typically comes from being able to bear children for alphas. This uke can't. There goes the ONE THING that he should have been able to expect as an omega, but he doesn't even have that. I'd be devastated too. I think becoming a prostitute is a logical choice for him especially as an omega.
Yes, he's in love and the seme loves him back. It's clearly explained though that he comes from an elite family and the omega thinks separating from the seme is the best choice for the seme. I don't agree with making decisions like that for other people, but I have sympathy for his actions.

I don't agree with the comments that are slut shaming him, but what he is doing is technically self harm. Not being able to conceive a child does not mean you need to force yourself to sleep with others or resort to prostitution. He didn't even communicate with his partner about it, this omegaverse is really ridiculous, its just adding drama for the sake of it with zero logic.

My middle school library didn't have the completed series so I was never able to finish the story. I've been thinking about this manga on and off for the past decade, and I finally found it just now. I couldn't remember the title for the life of me but the "Sort by Popularity" algorithm came through. So grateful! Feels like taking a shit for the first time after being constipated. Amazing feeling.

Homeboy the seme never got any nicer, which is concerning when considering the couple's dynamic long term. He can only get away acting like an asshole because he's attractive. I would NOT be turned on if my "fated pair" calls me their "bitch." Bedroom talk is fine, of course, but his character doesn't seem to suggest a caring partner.

Homesis author-san clearly did NOT plot out a storyline before drawing out the series. There are obvious holes to the narrative -like when the uke is traumatized after the rape but is fine in the next chapter- and every cliche omegaverse trope is sporadically thrown it. My weave about flew to mars trying to keep up lmao.
I was rooting for the beta initially but he seems too forceful with his feelings. Alpha's attitude towards the MC is improving and it seems like he's genuinely starting to care for him as a person, not just a destined pair. Still, there's too much emphasis on the omega's gender for both MLs.
