There have been many Chinese action manhwas that I've come across on this platform, but I haven't been able to finish a single one. They seem to have a disproportionately high occurrence of shitty females/harems, corny dialogue, overused plot, subpar translation, or a combination of all the aforementioned. I don't know what it is. I want to change that mindset though, so if anyone has recommendations for Chinese manhwas that don't have any of the traits above, please let me know.

I would recommend you read Peerless Battle Spirit but the novel. While the manhwa translation is fine up until then later chapters it just ruins the story with the subpar translations. Anyways, the plot is great, for the most part the females are considered strong ig and the romance really only gets introduced like 1000 chapters or so in.

Well, in the novel, the explicit yaoi part is only a little bit in the end thought. Mainly about cultivation, action, reincarnation, revenge, betrayal. And the manhua version, 'not yaoi enough' for me ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Reverend insanity is story about a villain its a good one but it seems they dropped it which is totally a shame,i am reading the novel version
