I think siwoo is cute and it's messed up to hate his character. He's stuck in the past and clearly ryeojoon was a light in his little life at the time. He also seems rather reasonable for the most part, if anything I hope they can become friends again.
Ah everything done for this looks really good my only gripe is they're using the Chinese translations. If it was the original Korean raws then I'm sure the future kisses and sex scenes wouldn't be censored.
