Please Modan scans choose another series and allow the original translation team to post their version without any hassle. This won't be the first nor the last time something like this happens, but it is upsetting and frustrating when one group has already started and other one comes in. Not to mention when the quality isn't even as good. I do hope something can be worked out because FTS have put a lot of effort into this series and the others they are translating.

If you can read in Spanish, those translations make more sense. Also why is the shounen-ai tag gone?
Shounen Ai is probably gone because this is following the Chinese version that has the content changed and some scenes cut off, such as kissing scenes between man (probably due to that ban)
(Best is to follow the Korean version. Which is different and more complete.)
However this version is still tagged as BL at WεComics (Tale of Dragon Morph)
I've still seen kissing scenes in the raws so I'm no so sure about that. And I'm talking about the revised version of the manhua. I've noticed that because it seems like recently Korean uploaders only have access to that one now unfortunately.
And I stopped checking the Korean RAWS somewhere in the middle that I don't know where I am anymore when wanted to go back on it (last track of the plot)!
It feels like this and that are following a complete different route! So gave up on searching where I left off @@
And BTW where did you read the Spanish scans? Does it follow the Korean version or the version uploaded here?
The Korean raws, well the recent ones seem to be a different uploader. You can tell because of the watermarks. It's unfortunate the original uploader stopped posting the original version they had a hold of.
This here https://tmofans.com/library/manhua/38701/hualongji is the Spanish version. From what I've read so far they follow the original version of the manhua and it's not missing pages either.

No, we're just split away from the main group due to some management issues. We're on our own now and we're taking a few mangas with us (including To be or Not To Be and Demon Wants to Hug etc.) I think the original group is still there.

18 or 19 isnt a teenager though that is young adulthood yes he is still younger than the mc but he isnt a child, pre teen, or a teenager. It's simple childhood development.
I think he have some kind of growth disorder, maybe like the one that my cousin have that make him look way younger and shorter than his age. Feel like the main character is gonna try and use that drug to help him grow taller lol
