Like what happened to the ML's family? And the way he said he killed his friends (the big bro of the other dog and others) but more like it was staged so he will blame his self so he could be alone and could stand killing his family.
I feel like there should be more into that. What about his family? No resolution on what's gonna happen next. Like is that it? Won't he be free from their clutches and live his life happily with the pup?

How they cope to the changes that comes with their growing family. I'll never get tired re-reading this manga over and over again.
