The most that happens with the uke "sleeping with someone else" Is a dream sequence where the Uke has a dream threesome with the seme and the other king, but that's it and it more kinda against his will in a sense? Other than that I can't remember if the seme or uke sleep with anyone else, but I highly doubt it.
