Oh. So she was a reader who also got transported there and is obsessed with the emperor and is acting like the emperors love along with being empress is rightfully hers.
Even though that was in the original future of the book. The emperor isn't so dumb that he'd fall for someone with an attitude like hers...

I think the female protagonist has already met her brother. He didn't come because the fl 'killed' him in front of her family and may even cause a war with both families. But the female protagonist is probably out for revenge still because they treated her brother like that.
OR
He did actually go but undercover and may visit Roxanne, but it might be hard to do because people are on patrol.
ALSO QUESTION: Who is the male lead the female protagonist is supposed to fall in love with? I dont remember if it was mentioned or not

I never really read friends to lovers a lot because it's usually slowvurn as heck. BUT THIS IS SO GOOD. Them telling their parents they were going to get married made me laugh my ass off...
It also made it clear that sinan was still a kid, and didn't totally have to grow up and mature at an early age because of his dad leaving... thank goodness it didn't scare his badly or anything :3

I've never really liked slowburn, but this is one of the few in which the slowburn has ever been THIS SLOW.
At least they're closer and it isnt like another manwha (forgot the name lol) where it's been like 30 chapters and the fl still dislikes the ml, even though he drank holy water, basically poison to him, to show it was drinkable for her. She didn't know until after be left, but she was STILL suspicious....
Point is, at least they have some development in their relationship...

The art is pretty... but I think that's where the good things stop... other than the fact he ordered to kill his shitty son, but that was so he could take her and impregnate her ...
So yeah... the only good thing is the art.

He wasn't his blood related son and the ml knows as he doesn't have his own biological children . I don't think he raised the son either and I also don't think he loved his wife. The son also forcefully took the fl and almost raped her. This doesn't mean he's better than the ml because he ALMOST did. But this doesn't mean I support the ml's actions either.

I’m not sure if that is exactly what happen, like an order to kill his son. I think father order his son to find and bring in the women (that women is supposed to be the father’s women). But the son try to make said women into his women, which is already against the father order. The father also secretly sent more of his men to help protect the women when needed, with the order to bring in the women at all cost even if it mean to kill his son. To be perfectly honest the father doesn’t have to send the son to retrieve the women, he is only doing it to test the son loyalty I think. But the general wife and illegitimate son were greedy and truly forgot their place.
In a way, the second story seemed quite bittersweet to me. From a certain age, as you grow older you're more pressured into finding someone. Everyone expects you to be married by a certain age range or even have a partner, so having the uncertainty of both in your life can make you feel nervous for the future.
I may be quite young, but I personally have this fear of uncertainty in life. People make it sound so easy when in reality, the progression of your life is quite tough. There are always hardships you have to overcome with happiness sprinkled in between. At the end of the day it's only you're with yourself throughout your whole life, until you die. People will come and go, relationships with form and break...
