I'll suggest you get a help from someone but if that's not an option for you then write down situations that stress you or make you angry. Then what was your answer to the situation and think if there was a better way to react to it. Basically like a diary of yours. It doesn't have to be anything special, just to rent about stuff. Short noises on repeat. Loud and speed up music. Rave lights. Another person's touch. Shadows. Staying on my own and omg I'm having a full-blown panic attack when I'm about to get emotional in front of other people..which btw if you do too you should probably see someone who will be able to help you to stop bottling up your emotions.
