
It's obvious that the seme wants to get married with the uke (or just give him a ring), not the gf. With the stares he's giving and the thinking of the uke with dress and ring gives it all off. It perfectly makes sense and obvious if you read between the lines/ arrange the dialouge properly. Im actually surprised everyone didn't catch up on it? Or maybe he really plans to marry his gf, i could be wrong. But i think it really is him wanting to marry the uke (or again, just giving him a ring) and the author playing on her wording.
