Once you have the text from every speech bubble on a page extracted in a separate Google translate tab you read everything and try to figure out the meaning. Then you struggle to coin together the sentences.
If you can't figure out the whole translation you simply drop those small parts that don't make any sense at all.
I should have also re-checked and polished my translation after doing version one but I had enough after 3 days. Now I get it why scanlation groups have quality checkers as a separate job...
