Okay I decided, much like Jooin, that Yahwi could have another shot and it seemed to be going well (although admittedly knowing the webtoon/manhwa format this will probably turn into some misunderstanding and yahwi didn't mean it that way, etc.) but I honestly don't care anymore, I'm just D O N E with how Yahwi is treating Jooin, particularly in front of their peers.
It's possible he's trying to spare Jooin of these rumours somehow but this way of going about it and humiliating him ain't it chief. And yes while Jooin might be a bit naïve or a little bit of a pushover I can't fault him for wanting to see this best in people whilst also still acknowledging that he may not be happy/being treated right and reevaluating things as he seems to be doing now.
I know Cain appears to possibly have a dark side we have yet to see but I'm glad this season is going to focus on Cain and Jooin and their backstory(?) because I can't even look at Yahwi right now fr -_- *disgust*

Ohhh I see what you mean, but if I'm not mistaken the author said season 1 was Yahwi focus, season 2 was Cain focus, and season 3 wraps everything up to the conclusion whichever way it's going to go. Although of course Yahwi and Jooin's backstory obviously seems quite deep so it must appear to some degree!

Wow, that was just needlessly rude and you don't seem like the nicest person. I literally said if I'm not mistaken and didn't assert in any way that it was a fact and knew that I may have been remembering wrong, hence why I said "If I'm remembering correctly" and was thus hoping for clarification, not some rude holier-than-thou condescension. Hope we don't have the displeasure of talking again.

Well damn, this one stings. I know it's gonna hurt even worse when Hwi finds out but honestly good on him for knowing his worth and how he deserves to be treated and yeeting himself tf out of there.
Honestly Hwi does absolutely deserve better than all this shit, but I still can't help wanting them to be happy together and I genuinely think Param is just getting caught up in the lust with Mr. Blonde-dickhead, and it feels like he genuinely cares for our baby Hwi. However, I won't stand for him being dicked around so until Param gets his shit together I'm docking the ship at the harbour. :')

I know it's absolutely horrible because of what Nakyeom went through especially now as he loses his senses due to the trauma, but it was one of the most satisfying scenes of this whole webtoon for me. Because it was such a great way of revealing to Seungho that he done fucked up big time. That look of shock on his face made me make the same face I make whenever Hinata from Haikyuu does his ultra quick move for the first time and everyone is shocked. It's like that realisation washes over them and I'm like fk yeah, you better realise what you've done mate. The look in his eyes as he started to realise that Nakyeom didn't leave by choice broke my heart but also gave me the biggest serotonin boost of my life :') I love shocking reveals like that where we already know but get to watch a character find out.
Especially that "he sent him back with four limbs didn't he" and that slow turn around with "....what?" like 'oh....what the fuck did you just say? oh god what have I done?' kinda vibe, and I'm here for it. Can't wait for next chapter, also always prayin' for my baby nakyeom to be safe and happy again :(

That's the thing before he even asked Nakyum why he tried to run, he knew that he didn't. The flashback clearly shows the rope burns on his wrists from being bound. Nakyum's panic attack dialogue just swept away his denial and destroyed all the excuses he was using, like the supposed escape scheme with his sister. He's just so emotionally fucked up that he really doesn't understand his feelings and why he's doing the things that he's doing. Min's a colossal dumb fuck and I'm really looking forward to Seungho going fully apeshit.

*minor spoiler warning*
Hey guys! I normally just lurk and don't comment but I really felt the need this time. I for one do not condone non-consensual actions in any way shape or form at all, but Suha was not raped in this chapter. Suha knows Jiwoon was drugged up and although he was more forceful he also actively participated in it too (not just going along with it out of fear or just going with the flow), this is something confirmed next chapter. Although I understand the people who say they got "bad vibes" from this chapter (I did feel the same initially before reading next chapter), I can also say, as someone who has been sexually assaulted myself, to the people saying this is in fact blatant rape, that is NOT the case.
I read the Korean version of this webtoon too, and we will find out in the next chapter and the one after that that Suha in no way feels any negative emotions towards Jiwoon and in fact is just concerned for him after being drugged after Suha left him there. And although Jiwoon is absolutely mortified and devastated that he thinks he hurt Suha and ruined everything (after he wakes up and sees Suha's body covered in hickeys) and is terrified that he may have lost him and is absolutely disgusted with himself, Suha feels there is nothing to forgive and was honestly just concerned and hoping HE was okay. In fact Suha also apologises for being the reason Jiwoon was even in that state at all (although Jiwoon tells him he has nothing to apologise for).
All is well (for now at least, until bitchy red-head enters again I'm sure).
Again, I do completely understand people not getting good vibes from this situation but I just really needed to comment to make some things clear for those who may have got completely the wrong idea, there is no damage done to their relationship from this chapter and the only one who felt disgusted and hurt by what happened was Jiwoon himself :(
~
EDIT: I've also seen comments saying "Suha keeps telling him to stop so it's rape", but it's not like that. It's not being perceived accurately in the English version but for the sake of clarity even in the original Korean it's not "stop" and more like "wait a second" and "not there!/a place like that is...!" out of embarrassment for the *ahem* rim-job situation (phrases used by the uke in almost every webtoon where there is a situation like that), not because he is saying he literally wants him to stop what they are doing. Also the one time he actually says that it hurts, Jiwoon stops even in the state he's in and repositions to be favourable to Suha, which Suha positively reciprocates. Still not their best situation, but some are jumping to completely polarizing conclusions.

Thank you for posting this! Your points are hella well put and as someone who’s also been sexual assaulted I really appreciate you drawing a clear line between having sex for the sake of your partner and being raped.
Also yeah dude the frequency with which like, “wait/hold on/something like that is...” in korean and japanese comics get translated to “stop” or “no” in the english version has always felt super problematic to me.

honestly thank you for this because I knew this wasn't rape but the whole scene just made me feel so iffy and uncomfortable but now you have cleared this up, I have more of an understanding with it even tho I still feel slightly uncomfortable with it (uncomfortable about the scene not your explanation)
Me: Y E S finally some one-on-one time for our boys!
Ethan: Don't you want the audience to praise you?
Me: Don't you want the W H O to W H A T now!?
I... I don't know what to say. Just when they were alone feels so nice and good at all but then... Fck what? Ethan? Seriously??? Gangbang???
I just wish he'd tone it down for their first time (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
