Cain made a mistake by kissing jooin when he was sick and not able to consent properly, but not only does he acknowledge that but then his thoughts are to apologize first and thinking about the best course of action to make sure jooin isn't uncomfortable, wow imagine actually having a conscience and taking jooin's feelings into account...I'm on board with this!

I haven't been able to find the raws so I'm not sure on what the actual circumstance IS, but it's NOT an incest story. She's either called him Oppa and it's been directly translated to 'older brother' or it's relation through marriage i.e. step siblings which is not incest as they're not related.

He's the fourth prince and she's the 8th princess so pretty sure it's not a cultural issue. And if they are step siblings they are related which means it's still incest. It's not consanguinamory if they're not blood related however.

Just want to be clear in saying I am in NO way trying to justify any incest because I steer CLEAR from those stories believe me, but this just isn't that case at this point fortunately. Jun was the First created and was made with no powers to look like a normal human and find sunny's contractor, which he didn't knew for a long time it was Chiwoo. Hwan was already sending monsters to rape Chiwoo even before knowing Chiwoo's was with Sunny, he just wanted to fuck Chiwoo up, quite literally.
Hwan didn't have anything to do with Chiwoo's parent death. But still creepy for a kid to be so happy after knowing his parents died and no one can take chiwoo away from him.

I just re-read chapter 40 where it's revealed and until I'm explicitly shown it to not be the case I'm still convinced Hwan is the one who made the wish to murder Chiwoo's parents. It could later be revealed to not be the case, but the scene itself overwhelmingly points to that as the case (regardless man's still fucked up though)

I just went back and read the first episode compared to now, and why has Yul literally become a child....?
