I wonder how clearing up a situation like Seungmin and Ah Yeon's would go in real life. Personally, I feel like Ah Yeon would get quite a bit of backlash for waiting so long to tell the truth especially since she ended up throwing Seungmin and his career under the bus. I assumed Shuyin's choice to reincarnate means he was giving up his body and leaving behind his power to River. He can't very well reincarnate as a human with powers. I think River took on his original appearance perhaps because that's how he wants to appear and the power that is now completely his compensated and changed Shuyin's body.
I hope River is still a deity because him being human again would be kind of complicated. Besides him being at the mercy of what's her face again right when they were about to start some kind of war/fight with her to save humanity.

Tbh, these last few episodes have made me dislike Khaol less now. While he was an incredibly shitty person, he acknowledges what he did wrong. He's doing the best to make amends even knowing that the person he loves isn't coming back. There's been quite a lot of character growth for him. He's not completely out of the woods and he still isn't the best person, but I hope, by the end of the series, he can be on much better terms with River and Heil
