I read all this in one day so maybe that's why I feel like the pacing is off but.. let's recap. The seme kept harassing the uke and uke rejected him multiple times (that was sexual harassment, period) only to then do a 180 and accept the kisses. That was weird but oh well okay. THEN uke does a 180 AGAIN and goes back to rejecting the seme but suddenly uke DOES A 180 AGAIN AND ACCEPTS IT WILLINGLY. Also the sex scenes were.. weird to say the least, he told him to stop, he couldn't breathe, it hurts, etc and seme didn't even listen, the same way he didn't listen when the uke kept saying he didn't want to be more than friends.
Also I don't mint the mpreg because it's actually true, it's called intersex

I'm at chapter 6 and just now I'm stopping to think like- why tf am I cheering on the villain? His daughter was legit an ass because of jealousy and the other characters didn't do much wrong other than be innocent, the priest is also a villain so the true main characters of the game story are actually in the right. So why am I cheering for the villain's revenge when truly he deserved it in the first place?
Cause like, I can understand Nasha being fucking crazy rn cause imagine you losing your sister and seeing her in excruciating pain and so out of her mind because of drugs and you know this all happend because of a woman that was harassing you only a few months ago
This story is nice, like the plot is plotting BUT I feel so sorry for the MC. Like this MF just wanted to live peacefully and now his destiny is tied to a dead mf and his love story will just be a replacement. I'm sure the author will do something like "oh they're different, I fell in love with YOU not the idea of you being owen" BUUUUT deep down we know that's just to make readers have a peace of mind, he is the replacement and will still be especially with the memories all coming back
Rushed relationship but interisting concept of immortality and wanting to die. I can't help but think that immortality will always be a curse, you will at first enjoy it but after a long time everything in life will get boring, after all you'll have done everything there is to do, you'll have seen everything there is to see, everyone you meet will die and you'll be in this endless cicle of boredom. Loving a person can't make you want to keep living this torture and I think that's exactly what Leo feels

So I haven't read pearl boy because it has too many plot twists, drama and the story seems too long and unnecessarily dark. I want to know if this seem to go a different path than pearl boy to see if I should read it or not. What do you guys think? Is this worth it?
