as annoying as jaekyung is, his pushiness & childlike behavior makes sense for his character. i don’t expect him to break down until the last minute in order to get dan back. his pride is definitely stopping him from admitting that he likes dan & how he’s desperate to have him in his life. i just know the groveling is about to be crazy.

idk how this book became popular with the lackluster sex scenes, miscommunication tropes, emotionally constipated seme, repetitive lines & scenes, a dragged out plot, & at times, little to no chemistry between both characters (the uke carried this relationship on his back tbh). honestly, the plot in itself is strong, but this story should’ve been 50 chapters at best. the storyline with his mother just fell flat for me alongside the uke being used as a “device” for the seme. i couldn’t feel as strongly for this couple bc their sex scenes just looked like it hurt—a lot. gorgeous art, but this was a 3.5 stars out of 5 for me. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
ugh, i take back what i said before. they did us so dirty with this dry ass ending. if they were going to end the story right here, then what was the point of dragging the plot along by having a miscommunication arc?? should’ve invested more time into developing their relationship & creating cute moments. -___-
