Not sure what is going on but 3 ratings left this at a 6.0 when only two chapters have come out. I don’t see why though. It starts of strong with MC going “nah, I’m not with the drama” and deciding to leave the original ML and make money. Reasonable and honestly preferred. 2 chapters in and she literally went ahead and brought in the other potential woman from what I’m getting. Thank fuck for not dragging this out 20+ chapters of high blood pressure content. I’m hoping this does well for sure! (⌒▽⌒)

I have so many mixed emotions about different parts of this series. But one thing for certain, I’m glad she snatches people up on sight to correct that shit. Elder brother playing games and she done snatched him right up. My guy couldn’t even control his expression when he realized how physically strong she is. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I was trying to do the mental math for why this storyline seemed as though I already read it until I found the summary in one of the comments. It’s because I saved it a long ass time ago and had already disappointed myself before.

First off, I would have loved for her to be with Max too. I don’t care if the CP had a “good” reason to stab her because it was the only way to turn back time. What about her feelings during the entire situation leading up to the execution? You mean to tell me you love her enough to stab her and turn back time AFTER she was sentenced to death but nothing was done when shit first started popping off? My guy is literally the CP.

Yes politics and such would likely have a massive impact on how much could be done. But the background we were given so far was the CP being very passive about the issue and just providing some minimal comfort whenever things got rougher. What part of any of that gives him the right to say his final decision was out of love? Not only that, no one defended her except for her close aids yet she was the one who had to suffer being stabbed to turn back time because CP wasn’t satisfied with the ending. That loses my respect honestly. It makes me wonder if he would have followed through and stabbed her anyway to turn back time had he somehow asked her if she could start over and be together with him safely would she want to do it and she said no. #－.－)

I really hate when they do this shit. Why is it the majority of stories with a MC who is a woman and running a SUCCESSFUL business they find every way to try to screw her over under the premises of bringing her closer to ML? If the story having romance means the MC having to suffer and be dragged into bs without cause, then I would rather not have romance at all.

The crown prince ain’t shit. Honestly, this story has yet to provide a reasoning as to why he is any better to sit on the thrown than the rest of them. MC deadass had nothing to do with them and just happened to be at the wrong place at the right time. But he goes out of his way to give her hell. LITERALLY OUT OF HIS WAY. How can anyone trust a candidate for the thrown to be a good ruler if they are involving innocent people as disposable tools? Not to mention, his abnormal obsession with being possessive of the duke. If don’t grow the hell up.

I’m not on the duke’s side either. He keeps trying to get involved with her and getting upset about any distance that happens while constantly saying there isn’t anything going on. I don’t give a damn if there is a reason for saying the opposite of what he feels. He wants to keep her out of danger and not get her involved. Then finish the shit you have to get done and tell the prince to fuck off afterwards so you can pursue her. For fucks sake, the story sets the current scenes up as probably one of the most important and dangerous parts of the plan they had in motion. #－.－)

The math isn’t adding up for both his and the crown prince’s actions. Ironically, they are also exact opposites. One says she has to go and acts like an ass meanwhile trying to continuously involve and exploit her for his benefit. The other says he wants her to not be involved and has some level of affection towards her, but makes no attempt to fully take steps needed to prevent her getting involved nor standing on business with his feelings. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

As for the crown princess and the red head? They can catch straight hands. I hope they trip and tear their dresses right before an event followed by being slipped a non lethal poison but enough to put them out of commission for a while. (╬￣皿￣)凸

At this point, I want the MC to go calculative and stand by her intentions to not marry. If she had to be involved, I want to see her playing the game and just racking in the gains. Forget the romance, focus on her having her own back and coming out on top with the others trying to screw her over with their disputes.

I just can't stand that mf walking around alright with th amount of audacity he has. Newly a baron and leader of knights or whatever doesn't change that he's a commoner pursuing a noblewoman of higher status even as a baron. But he has not shown an ounce of respect or followe etiquette. He's got on more time putting his hands on her, consentual or not, an I'mma lose it. (╯°Д°)╯

I might have the math wrong but His first love is his biological sister right? I feel like it kept trying to glaze past that part but it repeatedly referenced his OLDER SISTER. I thought it might just be a translation thing but then the story explain her being married off to help the country. On one hand I want to just not pay attention to it since it isn’t mentioned very often. But on the other hand, the MC provides his reason for not accepting FL AND main motivation to improve the country to gain power was to save his first love/sister.

The ex-husband isn’t even sad about losing the MC because he cares. He’s frustrated, confused, and angry that he’s no longer in control. He’s a narcissist using manipulative behavior from beginning to end. That’s why he expected MC to be more than happy to wait for him. He intentionally chose her because he figured she would be incapable of surviving without him regardless of what he did. The emperor is using him? Sure. But that has nothing to do with the fact that he had every intention to interact with women and do whatever he wanted even without being ordered.

What is the first reaction he had upon hearing he should divorce to become associated with the princess? It’s that it is a great opportunity he can’t miss. He’s not worried about his relationship. He’s only searching for the best opportunities for himself and expects MC to just stay complacent and allow everything to happen.

MIND YOU, at what point did he actually try to have a conversation regarding feelings and expectations with MC and MEANT THAT SHIT?! The answer is he didn’t. Matter of fact, being concerned never even crossed his mind until MC started openly displaying that she was finding happiness and hope outside of the restraints he placed her in. All he can do is throw a tantrum and hope to grasp “opportunities” that will make her feel like she is going through hell to the point of returning.

He wouldn’t give a damn about her leaving if HE was the one to cut things off for good. That conversation on the balcony? That was his attempt at trying to “put her in her place” and boost himself up knowing that things were ending because he chose to do so and feeling satisfied because he was able to deeply hurt her.

Long story short, I don’t give a damn what reason a narcissist has for what they did. In the end, it’s all about their own satisfaction with the main method being to make the other person feel hurt.

I understand developing plots and such. However, several of these stories seem to only be this long because they use trauma and people with disgusting personalities as the entire premises of the plot. Every time you turn around BOOM someone with an unredeemable personality popping up way too often. Then after a while a few of them seem to have some level of a redemption arc which is likely just them going “I didn’t realize your value before and promise to treat you better moving forward now that you are useful”.

I stay for the romance half the time because it’s what caused me to fall in love with the series. But fuck if it isn’t emotionally exhausting to have almost every chapter leave you pissed and not knowing how long it will be before it gets better (if it gets better). （/TДT)/

I don’t have anything against the MC. She’s trying to find her own way and navigate the new type of life she was thrown into unexpectedly. However the red head and the guy called the count? I want to throw hands with. First of all, the red head had been making moves and being very obvious about having other motives from the beginning. MC never once actually approached the count yet he automatically believed what the red head said? Not to mention, the identity of the crown prince was meant to be a secret regardless. What do you mean you’re going to drop all confidentiality and start openly using the title he was hiding after someone mentioned they were suspicious? Shouldn’t you try to cover it up and let him know you need to leave ASAP?! Ughhhhh please hit him one good time crown prince, I’m begging here
