no. re-read chapter 108, its some guy who grew up in the same village area historia grew up in. and they had a reunion when he started working at historia's orphanage. and after historia got warning that they were gonna titan her to eat zeke, she had sex with that guy in a barn and got pregnant. even then, how would zeke even do it with historia? unless ape titan also has teleportation powers? after the shiganshina fight zeke returned to marley. when he returned to the island, he was always under levi's watch. by that timeline historia was already preggers. not trying to be a downer, but i doubt zeke and historia ever met/interacted with each other. maybe corresponded by a third party (probably yelena)

They can't relate since they don't know the present Norman, some assume he's been corrupted, some believe he's still the Norman we used to know, and some dissapointed by his drastic change.
