I hope the plot will be like this: Rei will finally realize what it's like to truly love a person that it will make him stop performing strangulation during sex due to the risk of Miyoshi leaving him, as his other lovers have done. >_>

Guys, you might be reading too much into it. The black-haired guy mentioned that "why did you let him beat you till the very end?" we can see that the light-haired guy still has bruises on his face. This might mean that before the father died, he still beat the shit out of his son..

screw this. bittersweet ending. give me my yaoi. T_T

Sorry but I think you're not paying enough attention.
Till the very end means blonde's end, why would he talk about father's end?
It's black haired guy's imagination, He's bruised because in the last memory of him he was like that!
    There's so many sign/dialogues...
how do you explain the "I can only embrace you in my happy memories" he says 'can' not 'could' as he's standing in the graveyard.

That is my opinion on it after reading for the first time. I read it again a few more times and I see your point as well. I kind of breezed through this and skipped the many signs you mentioned. It didn't register to me that the bruises was from their last meeting because in the scene when they were discovered, there were more bruises on his face.

After contemplating for a while, it didn't make sense that the black-haired guy would bring flowers to the father's grave. It kinda hit me that the light-haired guy really died.

I really wanted a cliche happy ending but, this kind of ending is agonizingly beautiful.

yeah me too like the first time I just had a feeling things aren't right, but the last panel with the flowers was like the final nail in the coffin!! then I read it again and it was so different!
It's really vague tho which makes it better imo like you have to discover the real story,
I agree it's very sad but also very beautiful.

Hmmm, I honestly don't know who may've died there, but I don't think the flowers are strong enough as evidence that it was blondie who died. I mean, if I was visiting a fresh grave of even my worst enemy, I would bring flowers just not to be . . . I guess, rude to the dead? (or maybe just to get the smug satisfaction of knowing that I was being the 'bigger person', lol) I don't know how to explain it, but it's like how you would take off your shoes when you go inside someone's house, even if it's the house of someone you personally hate.

But there's nothing wrong with "why did you let him beat you till the very end?" be about the father's end. It's only natural to think that once someone gets older, they will stand up for themselves. However, it could just be that the blondie never did that and had his dad beat him up until his dad passed. The flower also might be just out of respect for someone who is dead. For me, the blondie also looks like he's visiting a grave because of his clothing. If the bruises are supposed to be how he looked before when he died, I don't think the suit fits the situation for that....And as for the "I can only embrace you in my happy memories" sentence...the sentence itself is kinda confusing. Like, the two never really had many happy memories other than when they were young children, as the blondie himself said. So it doesn't have to be said by the black haired guy.
