Well this artwork and the story is good, thanks for the author and the artist, though it doesn't really fit my taste. Hm, for once the slapping incident, that might have hurt. Two, using Lindsay life as shield. Three, he didn't really take action when she's in danger while knowing (or maybe he did on some parts) but anyways it's a scene that was deliberately pushed in the sidelines and magically he turned out to be a good guy. Yeah, maybe if I was also in his position I would also make the same decisions he did because it's the most rational and logical thing to do due to Lindsay being just a servant so they're disposable considering his position. There's something I strongly believe though that once kindness given to someone should be maintained, so the unstablity of the shown kindness on the earlier chapters was frustrating. One moment they're all lovely dovey then after a second woosh slapping all the way. They are both using each other before I guess, so it shouldn't really matter but I'm not just good with it lol. I'm just a weakass for that kinda thing so no. I skipped the other parts and read the last updated chapter and I guess the duke really have a great reverse card to what he have made Lindsay suffer. He's willing to wait for Lindsay even though knowing she's a traitor, so I guess they're even?
It's a great read really, if given a try just not my cup of tea.
What the heck?! That's freaking painful
