Both are correct. The original text is 犯したい and 犯されたい which can be translated into 'i want to penetrate/to rape' and 'i want to be penetrated/to be raped'

I get your point but there are literally countless of chapters pending to be uploaded per day, I dont think they have the time to check it one by one. And the intent of the uploaders to do this is really evident because they uploaded it here hours after the official release.
