I was laughing so hard from the beginning of the story but why does the story becoming sad and tragic °^° It's true that after every happiness comes sadness. Hopefully, after the storm they are facing right now, there will be a rainbow waiting for them at the end of it.

I'm not blaming anyone in the story. It's a very realistic reaction and emotions.
For the MC, it's natural for him to be persistent and clingy to his ex since in his mind and feelings are still in the past — I mean he just woke up from 5 years in the comma. For him, it's like waking up from 5-8 hours of sleep, so it's like nothing changes. It's a normal reaction to feel in dial with what he discovered after he woke up.
As for the ex, to be honest, I hated him for forgetting and giving up on MC. However, setting aside my disappointment in him, we really can't blame him for deciding to try falling in love with his new boyfriend. I guess he loves his new boyfriend but not the way he loves the MC. It's natural for him to break up with the MC since he's in a relationship with another person already. It's not his fault for being vulnerable. He thought the MC left him or worse died somewhere. He doesn't know anything about what happened to the MC. He didn't give up the MC that easily. He was devastated and was a complete mess to the point he almost died. In reality, the people we know always told us to move on and all whenever we experience this. They advised us to look for someone new and that time will heal everything. And that was what the ex-boyfriend did. He moved on and continue to live with his life. It's not his fault. It's normal for him to be like this. It's sad to know that he still loves MC but can't end his relationship with the new boyfriend because of what they went through together.
Now let's go to the ex-boyfriend's new boyfriend. If we set aside one thing about him, it's normal for the new boyfriend to feel threatened by your lover's ex. I mean who isn't, right? Everybody is insecure and scared about the ex. So, it's normal for him to act like that. I don't blame him. But, I read some spoiler about him that makes me want to punch his face. The spoiler said that he knew about the MC condition and decided to keep his mouth shut. Meaning, he comforted the ex-boyfriend without telling him the fucking truth!!! Now, that is not normal! Well, I can say that some people in reality do that for love. Ack. So yeah, I don't like him. To sum it all up, he didn't act like that because he's simply insecure about the MC but scared that the ex-boyfriend will discover the truth and decided to leave him.
Lastly, the ML (daddy boss), I don't know anything about him aside from his marriage is still in process? (Is it?); and that he has a friend, also a photographer, who died due to his work; and that he had a sexual relationship with the MC. So far, I can't judge him that much. Based on the raws I saw (and also here), he took great care of the MC and he cherishes him. He didn't make any bad thing yet. Also, I hope they will have a normal and stable relationship with the MC in the future.
Oh, ack! I tried to look for the novel of this (a free one or any spoilers) but I didn't find any T^T. I hope the MC's health will not be in critical condition. Any amnesia or death. No. NO. MC deserves to be happy and healthy. It's not his fault to fall in a coma for years. It's not his fault that he loves photography. It's not his fault so please don't make him suffer too much. I feel anxious when the doctor mentioned his health and his head!! So yeah, good mornight lol. Quiz pa me ugma intawn!! Ackk!!

It’s not about moving on, the ex is treating the mc like shit who treats a person that they have been together for 8 years and have known each other fo 30 years.
Hmm... He did treat him a bit harshly considering how much they've known for 25 years (30 years if they have been together during those 5 years in comma). However, how can he act nicely to his ex, the mc, when he has a new boyfriend, which by the way, are too anxious and insecure about the mc? He's still human tho. He can make mistakes. Nobody can solve that issue perfectly. In my opinion, it's rare to solve this kind of situation without hurting anyone at all. Well, it's my own opinion and I respect yours. (⌒▽⌒) Also, whenever a person is confused about something (feelings and so) they tend to make rash decision making.
