I think Molandi is a very caring and lovable person. Even though you betrayed him, he won't kill you and will punish you instead because he still cares for you and you have past with each other. It doesn't mean he still loves you tho, it means that he still treasure those moments and feelings he had back then because it is what he is. If I have a friend, that I shared a lot of memories with, betrayed me and then this new friend of mine made a scene and hurt her, I will be mad at my new friend because my old friend (the one who betrays) didn't do anything wrong with her to begin with and I don't think my new friend have the right to hurt her. Idk. Just my opinion.
