From genre point, from how MC talks about Yang ilwoo, Yan ill woo behaviour (carrying knife and talking about killing someone) and knowing author there will be no death for main characters. But side character probably die and the reason for this narration is Yang illwoo will pay for his actions by going to jail or smh.
Yang illwoo will probably kill bastard (greyhair, MC father or guys that after Yan illwoo, any of them can be) that will hurt MC and MC will have regrets about it cause if he knew he would have stop him, tell him its fine etc.
Some people made comments that MC can become a lawyer to help Yan illwoo in the future which is a very good possibility.
Regarding the good ending, bad ending, death ending nothing is confirmed. The author has said before in an interview that for her future stories after form of sympathy and the shape of your love that she would be interested in writing bittersweet or sad endings. So be ready if the ending is sad or bittersweet LMAO
My man is cute but he's a gay disaster and need to shut up.
This man has audacity in middle of KISSING, SUCKING and LICKING uke body to say that sex is disgusting. So uke decided to have sex with him out of spite and to show him how "disgusting" sex is. Of course they fucked and now uke dont wanna see his face anymore.
All you need to do is not open your mouth, Ki-hun. His mouth is his the only enemy.
We need a hero that explain to Ki-hun that sucking your man's dick, licking his whole body, wanting to kiss 24/7 and having sex with your man is gay af cause I out of options.
I need him to grovel and beg on his knees. Just simply apologizing is not enough. This is why homophobics are disgusting. I know he may not be one but the internal homophobia when you’re doing it at the same time is so hypocrite, the irony and outright disgusting. This guy it basically not only hurting uke emotional but mentally. It may not be accidentally but the pain uke is feeling is not accidental and you can’t use it as an excuse to get away with your mistake
The ML is pissing me off so much. Either author turn him into adorable puppy that will do anything for Elliot or it will be another stupid cliche where ML is asshole and MC accepts this asshole behaviour.
U gotta realise the ML has faced so much trauma in the past about people being sent to kill him so it's only right that he's that paranoid, and yes u can still hold him accountable for his actions but I don't think either of them need to really settle for eachother they're just gonna grow and accept eachother yk? That's how it goes in the novel (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
^ yeah, the ML himself said not to forgive and forget his actions in this chapter, bro took accountability and apologized after knowing he accused someone innocent
and as the commenter above said, he's spent most of his life guarding against assassins, so i can see why he still holds his suspicions since he never knows what tactics the other factions (esp the royal family) will use against him ( ̄Д ̄) but really hope he starts trusting the MC more, given that MC's shown time and time again that he can be trusted

The drama here is so stretchout. In any normal human interaction if someone said "I used you as an inspiration for my character" the person will be interesting or wont give a shit.
Author should've give ACTUAL reason for character feel betrayed. Like MC editor will push/persuade Dohu into relationship by saying this experience can help you with your book and levitate your career. Dohu would also at the start will say to his editor or friend that hes only doing it for book to confirm that this is fake relationship.
And after they started dating and Dohu genuinely fall in love, Juheon will find out that Dohu started this not because he likes him but because of his career (either editor will slip this info accidentally or Dohu friend slipped that its funny how this relationship started as fake). This will lead to confrontation and Dohu will admit that yeah IT WAS true which will lead to the current situation while also making drama REASONABLE.
THE REASON IS RIGHT HERE, AUTHOR.
yey go right your own story
When i was like 14 i asked in a discord server if someone could trauma dump in my dms so i could use it as inspiration for my stories and literally no one got mad and multiple people dmed me and personally i think that's worse than what's going on in this story.
Most people don't care at all if you use them as inspiration for stories because that's literally how all stories are written they are a direct reflection of the author and their life experience and people they met throughout their life.
I don't understand why it's such a big deal in this story.
It's not that simple at all. There is actual reason. Juheon felt betrayed because all his life he was being used by other people because they get something in return by using him. It was explained how Juheon viewed Dohu as the only person ever to see him for himself, not for something he can be used for. It was obvious that Juheon would have forgiven Dohu if Dohu apologized, but we all know Dohu is slow when it comes to emotions, he is slow in making a decision. He was thinking if he should apologize for that, that he can just hide what his true intentions at the start first. That's where the drama started. Juheon was hurt because he felt used like he was before by other people and by Dohu of all people who he thought saw him for who he was, not for something else. And Dohu was slow to realize what he should have done or say to Juheon first. It isn't stupid. The reason for the drama is valid. It's not stupid at all. Just try to visualize yourself in their shoes.
Write* I'm sorry
To some it may not be valid, but that's not all of you. Some may sympathize with this situation and be valid for them.
Personally i still think there could have been a better way to execute that feeling of betrayal
loll didn't read it clearly before i posted my comment so thankss haha
but anw in addition to y'all's comments i believe we all should be more sympathetic we can't just say it's not that big of a deal to someone we feel things differently so...
3 things to consider,
1. You said "Most people don't care" so you yourself know that not everyone reacts to the trauma same way. And we should not expect all of them to have same reaction.
2. All those people who dm you knew that they are going to be an inspiration cause you asked for consent first, knowingly or unknowingly. Which was not something that dohu did before using juheon as an inspiration.
3. juheon's trauma is literally related to people using him. So its valid that he would get mad that someone he trusted had became close to him with ulterior motives. It does not matter if dohu's feelings changed later or not.
Not saying juheon is 100% innocent but let's not invalid his trauma just because we think that it not that serious if it happened to us just to defend dohu.
But the only thing mc was taking inspiration from juheon is his personality it wasn't his trauma or anything that would cause such a big argument, i could understand being like "wtf" at first but even with the trauma of being used i don't think being used as inspo for a fictional character by a friend/lover is something that can cause such a big reaction but oh well
No one said Dohu's using Juheon's trauma. It's not even because of Dohu using him as inspiration for his novel, it's the fact that Dohu approached him because of ulterior motives, not because of just because Dohu sees him as he is like he thought.
It's not the inspiration he got mad about, is him legit stalking ml for 10 chapters, using sex and more to get information he legit admits it
