I don't think any of us know for sure. There have been scenes alluding to one of the Owens becoming pregnant, but no one is sure how It may be a seahorse situation... But Nux often comments that they don't understand how 'it'- meaning reproduction, works.

I believe yellow tie (and smaller) owen feels like he's ovulating, but it looked like the story was implying that slightly larger Owen (the "head") got pregnant from their last copulation?? definitely would be interesting to learn if one of these owens really can bust out a baby.

Okay basically it seems that he (Taehyuk) IS the mate of Hyo-un. I've read the chinese raws and so far it starts with Hyo-un as a child at first and more stuff that It'd be better for you to find out yourself. And the most recent chapter included their encounter so at this point I'd definitely assume that Taehyuk is the reincardnated mate of Hyo-un. But that's just so far with only 3 chapters. The last pages of the latest chapter being their encounter. (/´△`＼)
