so come to my conclusion (or it might already being explained in manga but i miss the point) when Enomoto was in coma, he already give up with life. So Haruna give him second chance to live, but he refused. So he comes up with this idea for Enomoto to stuck with Souma, so Enomoto realised that there is more to live.
