I feel bad for Mido. I understand what’s it like for someone to cause you pain with their good intentions. And you don’t want to hear the reason because then it makes it harder to hate them and then what do you do will all your rage and pain? Because no matter their intention, the fact is their decision ruined your life.
This doesn’t mean I condone at all what Mido is doing. He’s literally perpetuating the social injustice and abuse he endured, I just feel bad for him too.

I really can’t even imagine all he went through as a child, both physical and emotional. Then the only person that loved him he thought abandoned him. Alone as a child in a world where people didn’t even see you as human, And despite how much MC loved him, he didn’t understand. Even as an adult, he didn’t get it. I wish he would just tell MC and come clean but he’s so obsessed with the past because he never recovered. He’s still broken.
He needs to leave MC alone and seek a therapist.

I read the novel and it’s so good. They look different from what I imagined but I’m still excited

This guy gets teleported into a book with a similar premise to ORV but less apocalyptic, like if solo leveling had constellations. Anyway, he’s thrown into a gate on his 1st day, but he’s not a player, he’s a constellation. Struggling to survive as a human constellation he sponsors the most promising person around…the villain. Story follows MCs journey to prevent the villain from becoming evil and save the world.
Should have known not to have trust someone named Owen
