I wish the kids would go back to their Korean webtoons. I realize by the comments so far there is zero understanding of the beauty of this story. One’s person’s salvation is the other’s damnation at this point in chap3. Psychologically this could end up going in a few directions, which would be interesting to discuss, but that won’t be happening with this audience.

This is a man who suffer under slavery, war, the loss of his family, discrimination and disdain for his origin. He pretty much has every reason to turn his back on god and go rouge, but he persist in his faith and impose strict discipline on himself, in the single hope that he would see his family in heaven one day. But then the very people he trusted betrayed him and take his one hope away.
He now falls into despair and desperation so deep he’s cutting out body part to compensate.

You don't have to like it, but please don't say it should be discontinued. It is rude not only to us who like it, but to those that work so hard to bring it to those of us that DO like it. You wouldn't want one of your favorites to be discontinued just because someone else didn't like it, would you? If you don't like it, simply don't read it.
Its fine for someone to not like what you like. Daya didn't attack anyone, and the fact they don't like it shouldn't factor into your enjoyment. A scanlator group generally picks and works on stuff that THEY want. Its a volunteer position not a paid one. As long as the person isn't attacking the author or group, its fine to give your opinion

nah I think the author just wanted to give her fans a chance to read it in coloured version as well which I'm sure they appreciate but I agree with the second statement. It doesn't feel as intense anymore, not as serious and heart-gripping as the manga
