This has to be one of the most annoying ukes I have ever seen - holy crap now I remember why I stopped reading this - fucking hell
The pacing and character development feels rushed and messy - I like the story and art but I feel like it got overlooked by the weird pacing and confusing sudden character development and changes - so i am sad it turned out this way in the end - I hope the authors improves these aspects in the future -
ty! everyone else in the comments is saying "there's nothing to hate" but? pacing can really make or break a story, and this one's pacing was messed up really badly in ch 6. if there was just one more chapter with more development, it would have been great, but that weird switch within a couple pages ruined it for me.

So this is what I understood from ch 4 - main guy (blonde) befriends black hair uke going through highschool stuff - mc remember his times to helping another similar kid who he liked - in the past the kid got reject and mc had sex with him?? - so then present uke also got rejected and mc helped him though if ? - in the end kid mc helped who he fucked and liked cams back as a pe coach ? - that’s what I got

Teacher helped the young student keep his secret (using the clubroom to fuck with his senpai(?) after school hours) because he can sympathise with the kid. Idk if teacher fucked with the football captain back in their high school days (teacher/Nino-sensei is an alumni of the school and had a crush with football captain at the time. He was assigned by some teacher or advisor to tutor the school's football/soccer captain so that he could pass a college/university entrance exam) but Nino-sensei was also a bit fond or biased with this student of his because he looked a lot like his crush back then (the football captain). Plus, he knows how fragile relationships can be in high school, especially homosexual relationships between honor students /high achieving students (I think it's hinted that the student's 'lover' is an honor student and has to bear high expectations from 'everyone') AND graduating students.
The pair of student lovers -- and almost all graduating students, really-- were preparing for their final exams and college entrance exams. Hence, the after school tutoring between Nino-sensei and favorite student, Yotsuya, plus all those times kids were coming up to him to ask for help. In the end, though, between Yotsuya and his lover, only sensei's young student, Yotsuya, passed the uni entrance exam while his lover did not.
Again, it paralleled with sensei's past because his crush, football captain, was rejected from his applied uni/college because he broke his leg (probably sports recommendation/scholarship??). However, this time, young student couldn't comfort his lover like how sensei was able to comfort his crush back then. Instead, sensei was there to support Yotsuya. That time when Yotsuya and his lover had their final sex, and when Yotsuya confessed but was rejected on the day they graduated. Nothing sexual ever happened between the student and teacher, but they did comfort each other emotionally as they were both a little bit lonely.
And then, a new gym teacher arrived and let's just assume it was sensei's high school crush, football captain.

However, this time, young student couldn't comfort his lover like how sensei was able to comfort his crush back then *because Yotsuya was rejected by his lover, even when he confessed. Instead, sensei was there to support Yotsuya *by being a shoulder to cry on or as someone he can confide to. Nothing sexual ever happened between the student and teacher, but they did comfort each other emotionally as they were both a little bit lonely *THROUGH FRIENDSHIP. The student and teacher understood each other very well. Or at least, the teacher understood the student very well and the student trusted this teacher greatly.
Idk if sensei ever felt romantic feelings for Yotsuya, but there was a moment I thought Yotsuya felt something romantic for sensei because, he looked kinda jealous when he saw how popular sensei was with everyone. But then, maybe he just felt a little bit lonely and momentarily insecure, and not really in love with sensei. His heart was with his secret lover, while sensei only viewed him as a student who needs moral support and friend.
