This was pretty interesting. The manga is technically about how conflicted the omega twin felt after developing genuine feelings for the other omega. All this time he was a mate for the other alpha twin and that's all he felt he needed, but having Towa in the picture did not elicit jealousy, it instead sparked feelings for the other omega. He was scared of the change and thus decided to try and fuck up things. The alpha twin was clear abt his feelings for both, but the omega ttwin had issues, nonethless it was sweet to see more of a...omega x omega focused story.

oh my god....i had no idea that they would include such an emotional arc to the story! Guys go ahead and read the raws! The entire idea of mpreg was because Hosik died in their previous life while the seme was away on an expedition...this was written after a looooooong number of chapters regarding the lovey-dovey couple from present, but this was essentially their backstory...both were reincarnated and were brought together because of a terrible tragedy that struck and separated them permanently. It made me cry buckets.
