On re-reading the manga, I kind of came to understand why Ei was the way he was. He was so heavily abused and discriminated against by others that even kindness shown to him appeared like deceit. Even though he was aware of the others feelings, the constant ostracisation by the others led to him acting out the way he did. I am not condoning his behaviour, honestly speaking Gin was way too patient with him. Someone else would have left him a long time back for pulling this thing for such a long time. But I guess every relation works the way it does because of these ups and downs.

Finally! Someone logical and what do you call a mature person finally understands the seme like if ya'll don't know what the seme felt or the way he had been treated just don't hate on him saying the uke deserves better or whatever geez...You people that hating on the seme must be bad when it comes to cold and weak people aren't you? Just sayin'

The transitioning story is misunderstood by so many people. I don't think that what Mimi felt was gender dysphoria but more like having it as a hindrance to his relations. He probably hates flamboyant, stereotypically gay men but for the rest being feminine at least in appearance is what makes them somewhat acceptable. Again you have to understand that there is nothing black and white about gender and sexual orientation, things change, situations affect your mentality and YES relationships also make you take decisions. So whatever Mimi did, he did it because he felt that that is what is going to make him happy in the long run and honestly that is what matters.

lmao i remember how my bestie(who is gay) had a boyfriend. His bf was so freaking pretty and sassy but lmao when his friend cracked a joke abt him not being able to walk tomorrow he's like"ummm HE's the one getting drilled every night, he walks fine nonetheless" and our jaws collectively hit the floor. So yes, this is so freaking realistic, I want to cry.
I am surprised how so many comments are complaining abt Mokhwa. Yes the guy was depressed and was unable to take control of his life, making him look like a loser. The way he just said yes to anything to what people did around him made him a pathetic case...however I love how in the end he could at least THINK of how much he was suffering. He started to think along the lines of "what do I do to be happier". I love how he did not take any bullshit from the pink haired dolphin anymore. That character is abusive AF and mistreated Mokhwa every single time. However Mokhwa started answering back to that and even called out the seme for his wrong behaviour. I don't blame the seme, he is not a human. He is used to a COMPLETELY different set of ethics, morals and habits as a dolphin. However the fact that he started becoming more humane DUE to Mokhwa intervening in the end was for the best. Manager Ji's intro into their story was an absolute necessity.
